- If you are ecommerce, then definately it can help you in your product/brand promotion. - It can help in selling products on whatsapp. - If you need to communicate important information to your user eg. Payment failed etc, that all can be done very effectively here.

If your userbase is small. Want to set up and start using the system quickly, then go for Wati.io. Easy setup, integration with google sheets, chrome extension, Zapier, Woo-Commerce, an option of the no-code chatbot, etc. will ease up too much work. Pricing-wise, it's costlier than other tools. Also, it's for WhatsApp only. IF you want to do the same with Instagram or Facebook, or LinkedIn, then it will not be possible on Wati.io.

In my experience, Messagebird is very costly, not suitable for Indian companies. In my opinion, Pathetic support. And they even charge hefty setup fee. AiSensy, no setup fee and easy to start.

Wati.io is easy and quick to set up and start using it. No need for any technical person. Also, reviews of other users led us to select Wati.io.
