Airmeet vs. WebinarNinja

We never could really find a scenario where Airmeet really excelled over other major conferencing and webinar platforms. Especially post-COVID. It seemed overly complicated to set up an event and their support was somewhat difficult to deal with. The major platforms, conversely, made many improvements at a fraction marketed at a fraction of the cost. So most of Airmeet is really gimmicky from my experience. The students found it somewhat cumbersome.

For educational webinars and internal training sessions, WebinarNinja excels with its on-demand feature and seamless screen-sharing capabilities. I’ve used it to deliver training content that participants can access anytime, eliminating time zone challenges. The platform’s ability to create and organize courses within the webinar interface makes it great for teams or audiences that need self-paced learning

• Speakers can join a "stage" and can be toggled on and off
• The audience can interact via chat box, sending emojis and "claps," Q&A with speakers, and 1:1 and group messages.
• Customized banners and stages with your brand
• One website for registration + event info + event recap including video replay

• Speed networking interface and customization

It was always a bit cumbersome to use. It was a great concept but poorly executed.

I’d give WebinarNinja a solid 9/10 because it significantly simplified our webinar strategy. From start to finish, it handles the heavy lifting, allowing us to focus on content and engagement. It’s reliable, intuitive, and has improved the way we communicate with our audience, making our webinars far more effective.

Airmeet certainly has capabilities that for networking and engagement that I don't feel are matched in other platforms.

• We had 80-100 attendees per offline event, and by moving online with Airmeet, we regularly had 200-300 attendees per event.
• We were able to invite 10x more investors from overseas since it was online
• Able to quickly and easily market the event with a single link
