Airmeet vs. Arena Virtual and Hybrid Events

It's good if you want to use an online platform for events and you don't mind paying high annual fees. Not suitable for SMEs or startups.

From my experience, Arena works well for client events like entertainment, panel discussions, motivational talks, etc. with a drink and chat afterward. However, I can also imagine it working well for larger events like conferences as it was really easy to add additional rooms and stages. Attendees can easily navigate to the sessions they want to attend from the event's central lobby.

• Regular pricing is very expensive for what it does
• Support is somewhat lacking

• They haven't yet released all their features, like audience polls.

It was always a bit cumbersome to use. It was a great concept but poorly executed.

We actually don’t use Airmeet because of usability and (now) pricing. You can spend $4,000 on Airmeet or $200 on major platforms and be just as satisfied.

• Increased our reach to more than 70 countries.
• Increased the number of attendees from a maximum of 100 to 800.
• Designated office space has led tot he team bonding better and more seamless communication.
