Agiloft is great for storing contracts and being able to run reports on those contracts. Where is lacks is when there are amendments to the contracts which change information that you will run a report on. Since the data doesn't stack, if I wanted to run a report on any agreement with unpaid time off and there was unpaid time off added in the first amendment but removed in the second amendment, the first amendment would still hit the report even though the unpaid time off was removed in a later amendment
With having all of our contracting through the Salesforce system, the ability to allow our legal teams to do more with generating documents, have controls over redlines, etc is ideal. When sales needs to make additional revisions to the underlying data, however, it can be lacking in strong tools.

Agiloft is a wonderful tool, easy to use and has a lot of functionality. The only reason it is not a 10 is because it does not stack information for agreements and related amendments which greatly impacts reporting
The current version is probably about a five. The new version, I have not used it a lot. I've only done some testing around in it, not a lot. I'd say it's probably a seven or eight.
Conga CLM’s availability has been solid in my experience as for a logistics company like ours that needs access across time zones and departments, Conga CLM is a great solution.
Conga CLM performs reliably across our organization. It handles large volumes of contracts without lag, keeps workflows flowing smoothly, and processes automation tasks efficiently. The system remains responsive, even during busy days, no performance lag.
Implementation was relatively easy and I have not had any issues with the support. UI change created some challenges for the end-users, but overall, it was a smooth experience. I hope the company will continue investing in the product and not consider it as something to not care about too much. I believe Agiloft does not make any other software, so I think the focus on it should not wane.
Very very difficult to get support. The support team is great for simple, general questions. If we ran into anything complex, we usually would figure it out before they could help us. We often were bounced around from rep to rep
Conga University is the best! loved it. The courses are very well designed which makes learning easy and great. I have taken courses for conga contracts, composer, conga sign, and conga batch. Courses are beneficial if you want to implement Conga products for your clients or for your organization. Highly recommended to sign up for Conga university and start learning
Agiloft is a better-known product, so we trusted it over the newer alternatives. I also researched its record in updating software to fit the newest needs of the consumers. Recent UI update went quite successfully, and I feel it is a great deal when the software many important people in the company look at looks great. Agiloft fit all our needs and there was no reason for us to decline it.
We looked at several contract management tools like Adobe Acrobat Sign for business, dousign cl, and Ironclad before choosing conga clm. While each had its strengths, conga clm stood out because of its powerful automation, deep Salesforce integration , and flexible setup options. Unlike the others it offers a complete solution everything from creating and approving contracts to getting the signed all in one place. It turned out to be the best fit for our growing company since it handles complex processes easily and keeps everyone across departments on the same page.
Based on my experience using Conga CLM across a growing logistics operation with varied departments, I’d confidently rate its overall scalability a 9 out of 10. Provides multi site support, has proven ready for the long haul and provides a secure environment.

It's not a negative impact, but we have gone down "rabbit holes" trying to make it work for applications where it isn't really suited because it is a great platform...understand its limitations
