With so many agencies submitting candidates and only a few being reviewed at a time the chance of a candidate making it to a review and in front of a hiring manager is low.

This program is an easy program to roll out to employees as it is very user friendly. If you are a larger company, this will definitely eliminate questions or concern from employees who fear they may not be able to use the program

• There are so many other agencies submitting candidates it is hard to make a placement
• Only a few candidates are reviewed at a time and sent to the hiring managers
• Lack of feedback

We have made several placements through Fieldglass - not sure how their review process differs from Agile-1

We selected Replicon at the time because Replicon fit our business model. As we grew, we believe we outgrew Replicon, as we needed software that had more functionality.

• Time - often we have to enlist the help of other departments to go through and make changes to employees profiles once they are loaded.
• The program as worked well with our HRIS system.
