Affinity CRM vs. Referrizer Referral Marketing Automation

Nudge.ai is well suited for individual contributors without enough time or resource to do proper research on clients/prospects. It may work as well for larger teams, but I don't have experience using Nudge.ai in that environment. Nudge.ai is easy to use, so the onboarding and ramp-up time is quick.

If you have offers and specials that you would like to run regularly or loyalty programs then this is an excellent tool for that. It works really well for repeat clients and for brick-and-mortar locations. It also works well if you need to communicate via text on a regular basis.

• The smart line helps capture client information.
• The texting option is very helpful in interacting with clients.
• The newsletter options is easy to use and helps us communicate efficiently.

• There could be some improvement with how quickly the text messages are sent.

We will definitely be renewing. The value for the price we are paying is solid, and we are interested in growing our use to see if we can expand on the value we are getting from Nudge.ai.

Nudge.ai is fairly intuitive, so the need for support is minimal. I have only had to reach out to the support team a couple of times for minor issue. The response has been quick and issues resolved to my satisfaction in a reasonable time frame. I have no issues with Nudge support at this time.

Referizzer had more features like texting and Referizzer's newsletter tool is easier to use and didn't have the bugs that Constant Contact has. Constant Contact did not offer the loyalty option or coupon offers that link to the website. I also like the review options where we can ask for and filter company reviews.

• Hard to quantify - I know my job would be exponentially more difficult if I didn't have it.
• Affinity frees someone in business development or sales of the endless spreadsheets needed to track pipeline progress.

• I had more return clients since using Referizzer, which is significant.
• Referrizer is a bit expensive so you have to make sure you are using it regularly to make it worth the cost.
