For example, we can push a shared Note with security codes to a subset of staff that require that information. While on the other hand, we can push a contact list for all users to everyone. Support Rating	Nudge.ai is fairly intuitive, so the need for support is minimal. I have only had to reach out to the support team a couple of times for minor issue. The response has been quick and issues resolved to my satisfaction in a reasonable time frame. I have no issues with Nudge support at this time. Alternatives Considered	Two different companies, so it's not like I chose one over the other. However, after using both Affinity and Salesforce, I can say that Affinity is easier to use due to its simplicity. Salesforce had a lot of bells and whistles, that when used appropriately, I'm sure can help, but its not needed for what I currently do.
