Very well suited for venture capital or any firm where you are managing a lot of stakeholders that are in different groups.

This is well suited in the investment services area especially for multiple users and those working on a remote basis. A full integration of activity such as transactions, daily activity, client reporting, account updates, account processing are available. Majority of systems are real time for all end users as well as clients who choose to do so. Better feed back and notification on updates would be helpful.

We will definitely be renewing. The value for the price we are paying is solid, and we are interested in growing our use to see if we can expand on the value we are getting from Nudge.ai.

Support Rating
Nudge.ai is fairly intuitive, so the need for support is minimal. I have only had to reach out to the support team a couple of times for minor issue. The response has been quick and issues resolved to my satisfaction in a reasonable time frame. I have no issues with Nudge support at this time.

Alternatives Considered
Two different companies, so it's not like I chose one over the other. However, after using both Affinity and Salesforce, I can say that Affinity is easier to use due to its simplicity. Salesforce had a lot of bells and whistles, that when used appropriately, I'm sure can help, but its not needed for what I currently do.

Artisan was evaluated but seen as a more costly system with too much customization needed. Broadridge Client Information Management is ready to use and the build out is less of a necessity. Artisan is available to those who would like more of a work in progress. We did also review XTIVA but it was cumbersome when bringing in outside, direct data.
