Usability
The tool is very intuitive and users can find all the information required and plan their pay structure. The navigation on the webpage is seamless and response time is decent. The overall experience of the platform is amazing

Have not experience or noticed that the ADP GlobalView has an outage, so I can say that support has been good on making the tool highly available.

Alternatives Considered
ADP GlobalView Payroll stacks up against it's peer in terms of time taken for processing of payroll. It allows multiple features such as hourly calculation and many more at single platform which makes it better than others. Extraction of reports is much easier and allows smooth navigation with option to customized time frame.
