Have not experience or noticed that the ADP GlobalView has an outage, so I can say that support has been good on making the tool highly available.

ADP GlobalView Payroll stacks up against it's peer in terms of time taken for processing of payroll. It allows multiple features such as hourly calculation and many more at single platform which makes it better than others. Extraction of reports is much easier and allows smooth navigation with option to customized time frame.

There was no place for me to track and store employees information. No HR back up. I had to email all the names and hours to my rep and hope I didn't forget anyone.
