ADP Enterprise HR is well suited for any HR department or anybody looking to ease the HR process by managing the entire company data in a simple yet stylish process which is useful for generating reports for upper management to make Human capital decisions. It is also very useful in payroll situations to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

It is a software that I faithfully recommend to HR managers, as it generates productivity for employees, the data recording is accurate, from the entry to the exit of the workers, the payroll management is excellent, it is a software-based on the cloud, generates productivity and the information recorded by the system is true, employees are motivated to be better because this system records their data.

• The only flaw we've found in Infor HCM is how slow the tech support is, they're not really fast when we need help.

Its hard to describe how it compares because these programs have different functions. however ADP matches and exceeds these other programs due its stylish and simple set up which makes it easy to navigate and also does a lot of work for you which saves you time to do other tasks.

• It works well with Intuit QuickBooks so information integrates easily for fast reporting.
• Saves us time and money by helping us create almost all HR documentation needed rather than having another company assist with the process.
• Background checks with drug screening has helped us weed out the poor candidates.
