ADP DataCloud vs. Fourth Analytics

I can 100% recommend ADP DataCloud for effective data and resource management to any of my colleagues and company. It monitors activities taking place in any company from employee recruitment to performance and awards the best results. It has helped our financial department to harmonize our payments and motivate each employee. It ensures risks that can be avoided are reduced and gives us solutions to most of the business challenges that arise.

It is most well-suited when analysing absence and looking for trends in order to be proactive as a business and address the various reasons causing this. It is less appropriate for maybe more financial based tasks, unless directly related to HR functions and processes within an organisation.

Because I have not had a lot of experience in requiring support so it is hard to score either highly nor negatively. On the occasions I have had to contact support Fourth have been helpful and resolved the problem as quickly as they can. It does seem to have improved over the years from when I initially started using it.

It has great and well developed dashboards that gives clear information on how the workflow processes are taking place. It is equipped with automated data services that gives us insights on time and controls any volume of data that enters into our company.
