It's good if you have a good use case for that feed. I do know that you have to incorporate it in a process in isolation. It's not you don't realize the full value, so you have to incorporate it into an overall improvement process. I would say the pro cases are marketing optimization with respect to campaigns. And I would say that the areas it's not well suited is in distilling attribution. So if you were to take all of the improvements that it suggested, the numbers exceed revenue, which isn't real, but that's a hard problem to solve. Nobody's really solved that problem well. For my industry, ExakTime is incredible. The geo fencing, and clock-in locations and job types works incredibly well. I am likely to recommend because I have and I do recommend it constantly to others in my industry. I would say the only reason more people are not trying is it, is because they are of an older generation and using a virtual program can be daunting.

It wasn't user friendly enough for me. I had a difficult time navigating it and didn't want to waste too much time trying to figure it all out. If it were more clear cut and to the point I think it would be more worthwhile for someone like me.

I don't have any major problems with Exaktime so I do not see a reason to switch to something else. All the bugs and learning curves have been worked out so move to another company will take too much time of which we do not have. I have become an Exaktime expert and don't trust another software that guarantees geofencing timekeeping.

For shorter learning courses it is probably very capable and gets the job done very nicely. It can be engaging while keeping the users motivated with the gamification features. There are some technical challenges while doing longer courses. But they can be fixed with further updates to the platform and is a promising front.

ExakTime is very intuitive and easy to use in some cases. From an ExakTime Mobile perspective, it is very simple and easy to use. The Clock In/Clock Out screen is intuitive and easy to learn. Similarly, the ExakTime Connect side is very smooth and simple for Time Card Detail viewing and Report usage, but it is sadly lacking in User Experience in Scheduling.

On a few occasions, I've logged in to issue a test to a staff member and my course would just spin. I've had to reschedule several test attempts due to this. In my opinion, the issue was not resolved by Adobe

The performance of Adobe Captivate Prime is also extremely good. The user interface is fast and easy to load. The complexity is not nearly as bad as some of the other programs on the market. Speed was not impacted.

I think they have a competent, friendly and "resolving" team. I have only ever been met with a willingness to assist any and every query I have come across. Roy who is one of the technical people is amazing, and so is my Customer Success Manager, Hema! I do not know what I would do without them.

Trial period was great, and It let me plenty of time to try the different feature of the platform. However, when we decided to move forward, the ADOBE team was slow and not reactive at all. Actually after 2 years, I am still waiting for answers which is quite unacceptable.

Gave a notice to all
employees to come to work 15 min early on the day planned to implement the
program. I had Spanish and English signs
on how to down load the program and log in I showed them ALL how to log in and
out and explained that they are responsible for reporting accurate time. I had them all sign a policy that lunch
breaks were mandatory for all employees
at least 30 min per day. This ensures
safety on the roofs. We had a few people
who did not have passwords to the app store and we had a few problems with
android phones but most of them were on their way quickly. Most not happy about the change but I hope
they see the benefit of it now.

However, the "free" cost ends up being misleading, since the costs of installation, customization, and web hosting are often difficult to calculate. This is the first product like this that we've used. We've been using ExakTime for several years now, and I can't imagine going back to manual entry! I also wouldn't think there's any comparable product on the market that allows as much customization or would be as user friendly as ExakTime

• Apple built its own LMS (The Grove) on top of the Adobe Learning Manager with Saba, so overall it was a great experiment.
• Adobe Learning Manager is really useful for bringing learners together in one place, under a unified solution.
• Customer satisfaction equals more learners with an appetite to learn.

• Improved payroll accuracy and employee time breakdown by type of work, greatly reducing the manual data tracking and time spent by employees on such tracking. More time for actual work!
• Employees can interact via field notes while on the job, providing revisions to data entered if appropriate. Improves administrator efficiency as well.
