Adam.ai is a very efficient tool for meeting creation and management. It is really good for small and medium size of organizations. As I am still conducting a virtual office for my business, adam.ai works excellent for me. Though adam.ai has all necessary features and functionality, it needs to add more supporting tool to make the meeting more effective.
Meetin.gs is a great way to keep organized with its CRM features that is really helpful as serving as a “one stop shop”. It can help you keep in contact with your leads to ensure follow ups are being conducted.
On the flip side, some contacts do not like committing to exact times to follow up or for meetings so you have to find a happy medium of what works for you.
Adam.ai has more functionality than most of the other tools. Most of the other tools that I have used earlier are not a total package. They have some excellent things as well as some downsides.
