Adaface vs. TestGorilla

Anytime before in-person interview. Don't waste time doing anything else. Better to go with data. My suggestion would be to send candidates from resume screening stage or phone call stage to Adaface test stage. Candidates who pass are automatically flagged by Adaface. Those candidates take them to interviews. You will save a ton of time this way

TestGorilla is best used if you want to screen the people that are applying for positions within your company. We have found that we are able to weed people out of the process due to the amazing screening that TestGorilla does for us on the front-end. We love the assessments it makes the candidates take! I would like to see it integrate more with some of our current systems thought. We use Rippling currently for employee management/payroll and would love to see it integrate there

It's super simple to use. Cleanest interface I have seen. UX is straightforward. They do have help center in case you are stuck but I didn't need it (Used it to know about ATS integrations once). Support team is helpful. Strong positive feedback from our hiring managers for their test reports.

It is inexpensive, I don't have to spend so much for hiring a candidate. It is user-friendly and you will know how exactly how it is done. It is satisfactory accuracy with regard to candidates' accuracy of answers. Lastly, Integration into our process was easy enough, like no other.
