Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud vs. IBM Security QRadar EDR

The services are easy to learn and manage. The support team is very competent and resolves my issues that come s up easily. As a business partner, they are proactive in offering solutions and help to improve what we are doing. They are always there for engineering solutions that we are not sure how to do.

IBM Security QRadaar EDR provides all the security features at one place with a reasonable price. Though for smaller organizations, the price may be quite high. Plus since it can detect threats and malwares in real time, every business should try them out.

• The website is pretty slow and will kick you off sometimes. I know they are working on this. For now, this is the biggest problem we have with Acronis.

Overall, Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud is powerful and effective. The platform has user-friendly features and a centralized dashboard that simplifies management across multiple clients. This platform integrates backup, recovery, and security features effectively, all in one. It makes our lives easier.

Support has been helpful when we have had to reach out. We have not had to contact support that much so I do not have much feedback on them. I met the support team at the Cyber Summit and they are all very nice, smart individuals.

Price! All the services have low entry points and then hit you with big fees. Acronis Advanced Backup provides better management and control of your cost then the other services we evaluated. We have tested a number of solutions not on the list that have are price competitive, but the support was lacking.

Bitdefender GravityZone combines multiple security services into a single platform to reduce the cost of building a trusted environment for endpoints. bit the IBM provides a vast support and always there to guide when in need With the majority of our users working in hybrid mode we needed a strong security control that could provide top-class protection with the minimum amount of False Positives (and, of course, of True Positives).

• Overall the recurring revenue coming from Acronis, will help us to increase revenue and margin, without investing in new hardware and save on energy-cost.
