• Need to help in fixing sync errors
• Need to help in finding GL accounts to which a transaction has been coded, with the help of description.
• Need to help in updating all the transactions once clicked on update quickly

Not applicable. I am a ProAdvisor and I do not allow my clients (with few exceptions) to work in QuickBooks Online. I am the only person booking transactions, etc.

Its just easier and has been around longer so we decided to go back to it as we used to use it
