With the powerful applicant tracking features provided by Zalvis ATS, HR can effectively manage the whole hiring process, from the receipt of applications to the onboarding of applicants. It makes it possible to track candidate information, resumes, interview times, and feedback, expediting the hiring process. The app could be much better as compared to the website. Sometimes it lags when using mobile application. It could be better . Other wise it is useful.

• It can also send offer letters
• It does also support applicant ratings

• Provide easy ways for customization
• Provide more ways for integration of processes
• Provide access at user level to prepare reports, drag and drop basis

• We encounter restrictions in terms of how much they can modify the system to meet their unique needs.
• Customers who want to use third-party tools or systems that are not a part of the Zalvis ecosystem may encounter integration problems.
• Video interview feature is missing.

Access people HR suite (people XD) having a complete package as per the requirement of medium or large scale of businesses, all the HR and payroll related opts and benefits may gets via single window, but for the small businesses/enterprises its of very high cost and not useful on optimize level

• We have hired 3 candidates by using this software. The employees are extremely knowledgeable in their fields, so this software make it possible to make the best use of it.
• We have reduced our hiring expenses by one third by using Zalvis ATS
• Hiring time also has been reduced from 30 days to 10/13 days.
