Calendar function sends a notification 15 minutes prior [to] an appointment or event and at the specific time of the appointment. Is not as well suited on calendar as it is not [very] intuitive. Pros	The Access Group Having everything centrally located is very convenient. I really like how I can deal with accounting and billing within the program. Cons	The Access Group Notifications when you receive an email on filtered folders. Give extra time when you want to cancel an email recently sent. Improve calendar to be more intuitive.
