• For current clients there is pressure to scale. Fact is coaching is not for everyone, which is the premise.
• Some coach availability is limited.
• Frequent change with CSMs, AEs, etc.

• Term rate of coached vs. non coached is statistically insignificant
• ROI can be tough if you are not in it for the long haul (3+ years)
