Because our business is constantly changing, we often have to modify terminology, procedures, photos, and more. Properly cataloging our materials allows us to use the metadata to quickly search through all resources and identify items that require revision. EDM is a good ROI for when you have multiple applications in Oracle Cloud. EDM is not a good ROI if you have more then 5K unique members as it get very costly.
