8x8 Meet (discontinued) vs. Cisco Webex Share (discontinued)

The only issue that I have faced so far is learning the program. Being a new admin with 8x8 X Series, you have a lot of questions and need help figuring stuff out. They have great customer service. Every page on the admin portal they have a chatbot. When you need help you can click on the chatbot and right away you are either directed to helpful documents or a customer service rep.

Cisco Webex Share is more preferred to use in a meeting with more than 15 people where there are many presentations or content to be shared with others. Once connected with the main screen it becomes easy to share with others. There are scenarios like classroom teaching where Cisco Webex Share will be time-consuming to set up and hence normal HDMI setup will work.

• Less wait time on Service calls.
• Admin view is rather complex.

• Hard to use
• Sound during sharing is not upto the mark
• Power consuming device when used for long time

Cisco Webex Share has made it easy to share the presentations in the meetings and hence the meeting time has drastically reduced. Moreover we have also tried to do collaborative work with Cisco Webex Share and it has been really helpful. Hence overall if something happens to the product I will be more than happy to renew the product.

• The cell phone app, 8x8 work, is great and allows users not to be tied to their desks
• Moves calls to other line if unanswered.

• The discussion among the presentations has become very easy as remotely the members can share their screen. Hence the meeting time has reduced.
• We have been doing business meetings with many companies and hence Cisco Webex Share has made it easy and it has increased the profit of the company.
• Overall the return on investment has also increased.
