• Ease of Use. The site is awesome for searching for a specific topic.
• Convenience. Lessons are generally very quick and easy to fit into even the busiest schedules.

• There was no coding in the browser supported. I know that other platforms offer this, but the 365 Team suggested that having all files on your PC resembles real-life coding much better.

• It can be difficult for any e-learning service not to seem mechanical in nature when it comes to the average employee performing learning tasks
• Many of the "problems" that grovo might seem to display would actually be a function of the organization implementing them

Their support is very friendly and it answered all my inquiries in a timely manner.

When we have had issues with Grovo not working or a problem with report we have always gotten an answer quickly. We have a rep that we speak to often to make sure we are satisfied with the system and is just a quick email away. It nice to know we have support that will get back to you in a quick manner as we rely on this software.

I've tried several alternatives, but 365 Data Science really provides the whole package.

Previously we were using Blackboard and an inhouse solution. Both of these took many hours to get ready for new training objectives and provided mediocre employe skill retention. Grovo reduced the overhead for training and has produced better results regarding employee skill retention. We selected Grovo because it was a better solution, it was easier and provided a better result
