360Learning is an ideal choice for organizations looking to decentralize their learning and development initiatives and engage internal experts. As long as you take into account the parameters that the platform needs to cover adequate digital learning operations, it will be excellent for these to have different scales, in case you deal with many relationships with learners on a one-to-one basis. If you only plan to work with participation increments, Eurekos is not the most advisable service, since although it can manage learner participation, the platform requires constant interactions with learners for the reports to be sufficiently accurate. Since it provides a very large student list viewing capacity, Eurekos can be one of the best services for working with large storage databases, which is useful for saving time managing student information entered on our website.

• Ability to record video and screen casting through the platform.
• Social component similar to Facebook.
• Users can rate tasks and courses for immediate feedback about the content.
• Exceptional customer care.
• Easy to use for the content creators and for the end user.

• Sometimes the platform isn't as intuitive as I'd like
• Frequent updates that can impact the guidelines we establish for our internal employees
• Catalog access for courses is linked to programs requiring participants to retake a program instead of just replaying a singular course. This is being addressed in a future update.

Since I started in our organization, 360Learning has evolved and keep evolving and makes the experience easier and better.

You don't really need to be trained to use it, it's like social media. If not, there's full documentation available, it's not a steep learning curve at all. There's lots of advice about how to better use the platform too. I don't see any need for improvement here but left a 9/10 JUST in case.

We have amazing support from the Customer Success Director.

I was not part of the implementation.

We had a lot of reasons for choosing to partner with PSA for our Learn 360 platform. The others were a much larger price, were not as easy to use, were not as feature-rich, and didn't have us plugged into so many relevant titles at any time. They also didn't seem as adaptable or have an AI component built in.

• We have gone from having 0 learners to having 24 actively engaged learners in a year.
• We have put our customer service folks through customer service training and have been able to retain 2 demanding customers.
• We have gone from having 1-2 new courses per month to having over 100 titles available on demand for our learners.
