It does a great job at large and small scale monitoring of customers and their amount of involvement in your organization. Return on Investment	360 View (inBusiness Services) 360 View has allowed us to place customers in marketing funnels and target specific campaigns to move them further down the funnel. We can easily group customers in profitability categories and determine what relationships we need to develop. We have been able to create custom NPS scorecards to find our promoters.
