Ridder iQ is friendly to use. With the use of roles we can give a very good user experience to our employees; they are more in control of their tasks. We selected 24SevenOffice because the vendor made a lot of promises and demos related to network uptime and features. None of this ended up being exactly correct in real life. I have never used any other PM software so I can't really speak to how it compares in a lot of those ways.

Ridder iQ is specialized for our business and has people who bring a lot of knowledge to the table, so Ridder iQ is far more suited than a ERP solution which is not specilized in the make-industry. Furthermore, the customizability of Ridder stands out compared to solutions like ISAH. Therefore, the choice was an easy one, because knowledge and customizability are important criteria. Ridder iQ is daarom veel geschikter dan een ERP-oplossing, die niet gespecialiseerd is in de maakindustrie. • That said the network issues represent lost hours/money.
