We have increased sales and profit gains from the performance of this platform. It has opened networking channels connecting the entire company to the most potential markets. Sales reps can easily give feedback from remote areas through virtual communication channels. When clients are stuck they can easily reach the customer service staff for any help through live chat or send text messages. Editing templates with this software is easy and very flexible.

Setting up in a building where you need TV signage with dynamic content that is simple to modify. Telemetry would be good for this because it is all centrally cloud-managed allowing for quick and easy changes. Telemetry TV can be set up with any TV and Chromebox device which allows for ease of setup as well.

• There is nothing I think they need improvement on at the moment.
• When I have made suggestions they have altered the item so align with my idea.

Each time I have called with a problem, I have gotten a prompt and courteous reply. And, my problem is always solved and followed up on. I honestly don't get this type of response from any other support group I am involved with. Thanks so much for such an outstanding staff.

Mvix and HyperSign... Mvix was modular add-on signage. License heavy. HyperSign didn't work for us seeing that the customization was not there.

• Adding info to the screens is simple and quick. Our previous system was more time consuming. We are able to post important information in real time.
