I think the competitive booking sites, to my understanding, offer more integrated full-office functions like client history, visit or product payments, etc.
Doodle is great when you need to coordinate dates among a group and don't want to send a bunch of group emails or texts. It allows a number of dates to be proposed and the group can easily see those dates that are most preferred. If you need to do something more complex than that it may not be your tool.
Doodle approaches this problem different than most other scheduling platforms I've looked at (and I've looked at most of them). Doodle allows the person who is making their calendar available for scheduling to make the final decision on the meeting in contrast to other platforms that typically do it the other way around. Both can be beneficial depending on preference
I love that Doodle allows for proposing multiple times, which is a feature I've yet to find on other scheduling platforms (and I've looked at/tried a lot of them)
Doodle makes the scheduling process very simple even for someone who's never used it before
The tool is the all singing and dancing ultimate appointment and scheduling tool suitable to almost any business that requires their customers/ clients to book in for a service. Has so many features and works really well with many third party tools that can save you a lot of time and hassle. It would of been a 10 if 10to8/had its own mobile app not web based app
I've only had to reach out to customer service twice, but both times the people that I spoke to were quick to respond, knew what they were talking about and were able to walk me through fixing the issues.
Doodle has customer service support available as needed, but honestly, it is so easy to use that I have rarely had to seek support. They are always a click away and responsive to resolving any need or to clarify the next best step to using Doodle to meet my needs.
We can't schedule directly through MyCase, but we sync our 10to8 account with multiple calendars. Smith.ai schedules appointments for us by clicking on a link. We use Calendly for some appointments, but it's more expensive.
Doodle is more customizable and I love the animation aspect. It is missing the engagement piece, but again I am new to it so there may be features in Doodle that I haven't discovered yet.
The tool makes my business look professional online and helps me manage my business as a whole with calendar syncing and zoom conferencing meeting integrations to name a few.
If insights and analytics is what you are after you can also run reports and download them to use for monthly or quarterly business reviewing.
The time saved using 10to8 is priceless. You can import or create intake forms for each service that you can make as a requirement for your clients to complete.
